Will I have to stay at home all day for my consultation or fitting?

We will agree a time for your free consultation that works around your schedule. You do not need to be at home for the fitting provided we have access to the property.

Are your staff security cleared?

Yes, all members of staff are DBS checked

I don’t know what type of blind to choose.

Not to worry, you’re not alone. As part of your free consultation, we will bring a wide range of samples and can discuss your requirements with you based on our extensive experience.

When will you tell me how much it will cost?

We will provide a transparent and competitive quotation based on your requirements within 24hrs of your consultation.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

What does the free consultation involve?

We understand that no two customers’ or homes are alike and so we offer a no-obligation consultation to chat through your ideas and to share samples to help you make a decision.
We also need to measure the windows in question to help provide a detailed quotation.
We will always be honest if we feel a certain style or fitting is not appropriate.
Tea or coffee is optional but always appreciated!

What happens if my blind breaks after fitting?

This very rarely happens due to the quality of product we supply but in the event you encounter a manufacturing problem, please call us and we will resolve the issue.
